Q. What are your shipping policies?
A. We ship Monday through Saturday from Green Valley, Arizona. Shipping rates start a $8.00 per item. All orders over $100 ship free within the US. We also offer Priority Shipping at $15.
Q. What are your cancellation and return policies?
A. We accept cancellations within 24 hours of an order. We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of a purchased item(s). Item(s) must be in the original, unused condition. Buyer is responsible for return postage. Refunds will be issued after returned item (s)has been received by seller.
Q. What are some of the business ethics you stand by?
A. Recycling- we recycle all our fabric scraps and send them to a company to be processed.
Sustainability- We work in a small home studio.
Business practices- I try to use Small Business and Made in USA sources when possible. When it is necessary to purchase from a foreign country, I investigate their business practices as well.
Customer Service- I will do my best to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
